No microwave in room. Had baby travelling with us and had nowhere to heat up a bottle.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived late morning and even though check in was not until 1400 they checked that a room was ready and booked us in straight away which was very appreciated. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. On asking reception staff for directions they were most helpful again.I would say of all the hotels that my wife and I have stayed in the staff at this hotel were the most friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay out of the city but still handy to the train and highway access to the city.

The hotel was conveniently located for our New Year's celebration, with easy access to nearby family functions. The check-in process was quick and our room was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the quietness of our room, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered free WiFi and easy parking, which were both convenient amenities.
The signage for the hotel was not very visible and we initially drove past it. the decor of the hotel had an "early conference center" feel, which gave it a somewhat empty atmosphere.

Friendly staff, and a relatively affordable rpice on a weekend where most of Melbourne was sold out. Room was really spacious and well-equipped, great bath room and very, very comfortable bed.
The location is a little out of town - half hour from the centre on the train, and with a walk after that. Guess it would be fine by car or taxi. This is not a complaint, though - the hotel are fully up front about this!

Had a great Easter stay at this hotel! Loved the spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. One of the best features was the outdoor pool area, which was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.
The limited breakfast selection, which could have had a bit more variety. the Wi-Fi was also a bit expensive and not always reliable, which was a shame.

noise from inside - doors should be soundproof - not the windows

The spa
That there was no mention of needing a $100 deposit when booking the room online, as I always travel on a budget that left me short for the night as it was unexpected

Great value. A quality hotel with excellent facilities without the exorbitant price of a city hotel. Clean, great service and free parking a clincher.
Food selection at breakfast was excellent and generally very tasty but the bacon kept warm in the bain-marie was tough and chewy.

Staff are always efficient, friendly. The Hotel location is perfect for me personally, being located close enough to the city to be convenient, yet far enough away not to incur excessive accommodation costs, so great value for money. Secure, easily accessible car parking is a definate advantage to the Hemisphere, and greatly appreciated after a long drive. Dining, the restaurant is of high quality with front of house service of equal standing.
All bathroom amenities are clean, however the tiled floors never appear to have the same service, your immediate thought is "is rest of this as clean as it appears, or is it just a "wipe over" as the floor appears to be". Apologies to the cleaning staff for this comment, they work particularly hard given their timeframe turnaround to have rooms available for re-occupancy.
